The New Moon in Leo encourages us to put ourselves out there and craft our social image. In this circle, we will learn how the phases of the Moon can shape and direct our life allowing us to align with our highest self.
The New Moon in Leo takes place on Thursday, July 28. We will celebrate on Saturday, July 30th at Sacred Thread Yoga in Summerhill. New Moon energy empowers us to dream big and set intentions for the month ahead. We're given the opportunity for a cosmic reset to make our desires and wishes come true. Grounding our body with active meditation and connecting our root chakra to the Earth will help us stay present and learn how to integrate our soul body with our physical body.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat and anything you'd like to offer to the Altar. We will take turns one-by-one adding to the altar to enhance the energy and space. You can bring a crystal to charge, jewlery, or your favorite object; anything that you want to charge with the Moon's energy and that symbolizes a new beginning. This circle will be held at Sacred Thread Yoga in Summerhill. Hope to see you there.
