The Full Moon in Aquarius is pushing us to move away from oppressive or stagnant feelings in our lives. In this ceremony, we will explore the powerful, feminine, and luminescent energy of the Full Moon and learn how to center our lives around it. It will include a guided meditation, a circle of sharing and sacred space, breath-work, journaling, crystal healing, oracle cards, as well as a candle ceremony for releasing anything that no longer serves you. The Aquarius Full Moon ceremony ( which occurs Thursday, August 11th but we will celebrate Saturday, August 13th), will be held at Sacred Thread Yoga in Summerhill. It is normal for emotions to be heightened during a Full Moon, the purpose of this workshop is to harness the energy of the Full Moon and purge our emotions in preparation for the New Moon. This space will be intimate as well as emotionally challenging, but so beautiful.
