What to Expect from this Workshop:
Movement - During a Full Moon circle, we harness a slower vibe with yin yoga postures to hold the space. We also do a quick release dance session! The vibe for a New Moon circle is a bit faster paced with a heat building vinyasa flow of about 15 minutes.
Meditation - Depending on the Zodiac sign the moon is in, I create a meditation around that sign. All of my meditations are visual and imaginative with soothing music.
Reflection & Journaling - Reflect on prompts centered around the current zodiac sign, and I hold space for free-writing if that is wanted.
