Spring Equinox Moon Circle at Sati Yoga

Register on Eventbrite here

The spring equinox marks the beginning of spring. It is a moment when we can pause before entering into a new phase in our lives; equinox translates to equal day and night. This is a powerful indicator of the balance between light and darkness in our lives, as it enables us to ensure that we are also in balance with our own light and darkness. Our circle will be for powerful intention setting & sharing of sacred space. As we acknowledge and give gratitude for all this is happening in nature outside of us, we are also acknowledging and loving what is happening inside of us.

We are going to set intentions of all that we want to plant this spring.

Here are the activities for our spring equinox circle:

A gentle yoga flow to find balance between the light and dark. A guided meditation to take a moment to give thanks to winter and prepare to welcome spring

Journaling with guided prompts to take you on a journey preparing for spring. Writing our intentions down and planting them in a "planting seeds workbook" and decorating wooden eggs with our intentions

Lastly, sharing what has come through for you and intentions you are setting for spring.
