Our Sunday yoga session will include flow, stretching, meditation, and stillness to honor the Aries Full Moon.
With modifications, this class is suitable for all levels. It is not an intense power class.
Make sure to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props (blocks, straps, pillows) that you may need.
