Cord cutting is an energy source. Every time you are connected to someone, there is a cord of energy connecting you to them. Cords can pass through neighbors, friends, and acquaintances, but they're thin and do not have a great deal of intensity. Cords for people with strong ties can be a family member, a lover, a partner, a boss, or good friends. The stronger the connection, the stronger the cord.
In a perfect world, the energy exchange between two people would be perfect and balanced- but life is never perfect or balanced, so energy exchanges are never even. The cord becomes toxic when there is this an imbalanced exchange. It drains our energy. Cutting cords with people you've been deeply involved with can be very hard, but it's totally possible to do.
In this workshop, we will talk about the difference between positive and negative cords and how they can impact us physically and mentally. We will do a guided meditation to clear these cords, and there will be an energetic cord-cutting exercise for self-healing. If you have a past memory, ex-lover, or stuck belief that you would like to release, this workshop is for you.
Candles and twine will be provided and an altar will be set up to help clear the space. There will be music, healing crystals, oracle cards, and breath-work.
All you need to do is a bring a yoga mat and an open heart to move forward and heal.
